A newly implemented law affects many chiropractors beginning January 1, 2024.
It involves the federal reporting requirement for Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) as part of the U.S. Corporate Transparency Act. Many companies must now submit information about the individuals who ultimately own or control the company to the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s FinCEN bureau.
