The NCCA has reminded doctors through the year of the January 1, 2025 deadline to file BOI under FinCEN. Now that law is on hold. A Texas court just issued a Preliminary Injunction stating that FinCEN cannot enforce the deadline to register….” companies need not comply with the CTA’s January 1, 2025, BOI reporting deadline pending further order of the Court.”
