The State Health Plan Board of Trustees met in May to discuss the future direction of the Plan, with actions aimed at addressing its $507 million deficit. The board approved changes to benefits for the 2026 benefit year, which will begin Jan. 1, 2026. The Clear Pricing Project (CPP) will be replaced. Co-pays have been set and increased across all plans and provider types.
For Chiropractic Services, the cost will be $62 for the Standard plan and $42 for the Plus plan.
