We are a subluxation-based Chiropractic office in Hickory, North Carolina seeking an excellent fit as an Associate Doctor for our high-volume office. We are looking for someone with high energy, great people, relationship building and communication skills. This doctor must possess a passion for helping others through principled chiropractic care. You will be responsible for all the activities involved in converting and retaining practice members.
Hickory is halfway between Charlotte and the Blue Ridge mountains. An easy drive to spend time in the big city or get outdoors in the mountains! Hickory, NC named in 2023 the #1 most Beautiful and Affordable places to live in America!
There is so much to do in and around Hickory! If you prefer the outdoors, there is boating, hiking, mountain biking, camping, skiing, snowboarding, etc. If you prefer big city life we have that also! Hickory is very close to Charlotte which has a rich racing history, shopping, museums, artwork, festivals, on and on and on!!! Charlotte International Airport is less than a 45 minute drive which gives you the convenience to travel anywhere with ease! Hickory is also strategically located for an easy weekend getaway to the ocean/beach! Hickory, North Carolina has it ALL!!!

Duties:

Provide high quality adjustments and communicate to the patient.

Review X-rays, Provide an excellent Report of Findings.

Chiropractic care- Techniques- Diversified, Thompson Drops, Gonstead (Side Posture), Activator/instrument.

Follow up care and progress checks to ensure patient and DC goals are being met.

Documentation/charting/reports.

Follow up on patient phone calls and emails.

Work collaboratively with the other Doctors and office staff for optimal patient care.

Work with the CA’s providing direction for patient care.

Know chiropractic and the benefits of regular and consistent maintenance.
Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).

Chiropractic license in NC.
-
A minimum of 1 year experience is recommended and highly encouraged but not required.

Occasional training out of state on weekends.

Malpractice Insurance.
Schedule:

Full time
-
Monday – Friday with office hours ending at 12pm on Fridays currently.
Compensation:
-
$60,000 Base Salary per year + Profit Sharing Bonus based off collections of entire office.

I would expect that the right Associate will be over $100,000/year easily.
