Our 43-year Asheville turnkey office is located on the 2nd highest traffic count in WNC in a free-standing building of over 2,200 sq ft and a read a board. We grew 20% the first year of the Covid pandemic. Great stability with plenty of room to grow in the hands of a wise steward. And I am willing to mentor along the way.
Our practice is low stress and does almost no advertising, no screenings, no talks. We do have a website with genuine reviews not just stars but stories. Over half of our new patients come from satisfied patients who come in because they understand and appreciate a good adjustment. We do manual full spine and extremity adjustments with some rehab.
If I were in the market to purchase a practice, I would look for stability, room to grow and a firm foundation that Covid or a recession couldn’t affect. And a location that allows marketing to be done without overwhelming expense.
